Happy dance!!

I'm still going to use this for my personal blog..
the other for my shop.

I've been working hard on my
Teresa Wentzler's "The Castle".
I'm done everything but the backstitch..
which I've been working on a lot and hope to finish
it this week!
Determined? Crazy? I don't know yet..lol.


Sadly, the "Castles in the Air" SAL has been
put on hold and part 4 is delayed.
She's going through something.
Anyway, gave me time to catch up.
Here are parts 1-3.

I need to add beads to part 3 but afraid the qsnap
will pop them off as the design gets bigger.

I'm also working on my other SAL
"Serendipity", also from Papillon Creations.
There are 9 parts and I am finished up
through 7 but haven't photographed it yet.
Will do that soon as I find it.

That's about all..I'll hopefully be
posting a HD by the end of the week and
maybe another one by the end of next week!

RIP Michael Jackson, Farrah and Ed McMahon. 3 deaths that rocked this week's news.
I'm shocked at MJ..glad Farrah is no longer suffering..and sad, but not suprised at Ed..he was 86 yo.

They say death's come in 3's.

I was very sad a few weeks ago at David Carradine's death.

The past few days I've wanted to take a break and stitch
something small and quick. Not cards..but gift tags!
I've made 2 sets, both on sale on etsy.

Carrot Muffins!

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 med. zucchini (4 c. shredded or carrot equivalent)
2/3 c. oil
Grease muffin pans, beat eggs, mix in zucchini or carrots, nuts and oil. Mix dry ingredients. Put all together. Batter will be lumpy. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
